US and Canadian companies connect their business bank accounts and the transactions flow straight into the books.
Bank feeds for the US and Canada, including the big six Canadian banks. Connecting needs two-factor sign-in first, then Finn categorises every transaction as it arrives. It opens the US and Canadian market to the same hands-off bookkeeping UK founders already get.
A practice runs AccountsOS under its own name: its own web address, sign-in, emails and assistant name.
Practices switch white label on themselves, with setup steps on screen. Clients sign in on the practice's own domain, receive emails from the practice's own address and talk to the practice's own named assistant. Everything a client sees carries the practice brand.
Move a company's whole ledger history in with full continuity, and practices can send their whole client book for a managed move.
The migration tool now imports a complete ledger history, so past years, balances and comparatives carry across intact. It reads any file you drop in and works out what it is, from one drop zone. Practices can upload their whole book at once for a managed migration.
Finn exports your books from your old software and brings them into AccountsOS for you.
Open your current accounting software, click Move me over in the Finn extension, and Finn does the export and the import. No CSV wrangling on your side.
A threaded two-pane inbox, a health score for every client, and a desk that puts today's work first.
Client replies join their thread, with the whole conversation in a reading pane and a working reply box. Client health shows on the Clients list and across the whole book on the firm overview. The desk lists jobs by due date with their to-dos, and each client home is redesigned around an Overview and Client details tabs.

A customer payment can settle several invoices at once, and money with no invoice behind it is held on their account.
Finn matches one receipt to every invoice it pays. A customer payment that arrives before its invoice is held as credit on the customer's account rather than guessed at, and either can be undone.
UK payroll now works out Statutory Sick Pay on the April 2026 rules, and Statutory Parental Bereavement Pay.
Both are calculated in the payroll run for Great Britain and Northern Ireland, alongside the rest of statutory pay.
