Your company gets its own email address, like acme@accounts-os.com. Forward receipts to it, give it to your team, or hand it to suppliers so their invoices go straight in.

Connect Gmail and Finn checks it for you every 15 minutes, picking out receipts and invoices as they arrive. The Uber receipt, the software renewal, the hotel bill: in your books before you have opened them.

Read and matched
Read, not typed. Matched, not ticked.
Finn reads the supplier, date, amount, VAT and line items, then finds the payment it belongs to. If the receipt turns up before the money leaves your account, Finn holds on to it and matches it the day the payment lands.
