What Finn does with it
- Works out what it is. Receipt, invoice, statement, timesheet, quote, PO, credit note: the AI decides from the content, not the file name.
- Reads the detail. Supplier, dates, amounts, VAT, line items, hours and rates.
- Catches duplicates, so the same receipt never gets counted twice.
- Puts it in the right place: posts it, matches it to the bank payment, links it to the bill or invoice.
- Turns it into work: a timesheet becomes an invoice, a supplier invoice becomes a bill, a quote becomes an estimate.
- Holds it if something's missing. No bank account set up yet? Finn keeps it and applies it the moment the missing piece lands.
