Partner practices

Build your AI-native practice on AccountsOS.

Whether you are starting a firm from scratch or moving an established one to an AI-native way of working, AccountsOS does the work, runs the firm and helps it grow. Finn does the production; your team reviews and signs.

AccountsOS · The practice desk

Two ways in

New firm or established firm.

Starting fresh

No migration and no old habits to unlearn. Every client you win starts on AccountsOS from day one, so the firm is AI-native from its first engagement.

  • Onboard each new client in one sitting
  • Pay per live client, no minimum
  • Grow the book without growing the back office

Converting an existing practice

Keep Xero while you test. Start with a handful of clients, check the work, then move the rest of the book in batches at a time that suits the firm.

  • Xero read-only import, nothing changes at source
  • Review before anything posts
  • Move in batches, around your busy season
How switching works

Do the work

Do the work.

Finn does the production on a real double-entry ledger. Your team reviews the exceptions and signs.

01

Books and reconciliation

Finn categorises, reconciles and chases what is missing, across every client at once.

02

VAT, with live MTD filing to HMRC

Returns drafted where the books are clean. Filed to HMRC through HMRC-recognised MTD VAT software once your team signs.

03

Annual accounts and Companies House filing

Accounts prepared, and confirmation statements and accounts e-filed to Companies House.

04

Review packs your team signs off

Everything a reviewer needs in one pack. Finn never files or signs. A person does.

AccountsOS · The checks, the exceptions, the sign-off

A review pack page showing a list of checks Finn ran with pass and fail marks, the exceptions and how they were cleared, and a sign off button

Every month-end close, VAT return and set of accounts gets a review pack: the checks Finn ran, what needed a person, and who cleared it. Sign it off and it locks.

Run the firm

AccountsOS · Invite the team, allocate the work

The practice team page with an invite form, the team list showing an owner and a bookkeeper with their client counts, the self-allocation toggle and the unallocated clients table

Bookkeepers see their own desk and the clients allocated to them. Admins see everything. Allocate clients yourself or let the team pick up unallocated ones. No per-seat fee.

Grow the firm

Grow the firm.

Win clients and get them live quickly.

  • Prospects and a simple pipeline
  • Proposals clients can sign online
  • Onboarding that gets a new client live in one sitting

Founder introductions

Founders who want a human to sign.

Founders choose AccountsOS to run their own books. Many still want a qualified accountant to review the year and sign it off. We are opening introductions to founding partner practices: when a founder on AccountsOS asks for an accountant, we introduce them to a partner who already works on the same platform. Their books are already done, so you start with the review, not the clean-up.

Introductions are optional and only happen when a founder asks.

Can an accountant check my year-end before I file?
FYes. I can introduce you to a partner practice that works on AccountsOS. They will see your books exactly as they are, review the year and sign.
FA founder asked, and a partner practice picks it up.

Founding partners

What founding partners get.

A direct line to the people building the product

Priority on the integrations and workflows your firm needs

First in line for founder introductions

Founding pricing, agreed with you

We are working with a small group of practices to shape how AI-native firms run. If your firm is building that way, we would like to build with you.

Fair questions

What practices ask us

Do I need an existing client book?

No. New practices start with their first client and grow on the platform. There is no minimum.

Who signs off the work?

Your team does. Finn prepares; a person reviews and signs anything that goes to HMRC or Companies House.

Can I keep Xero while I try it?

Yes. Connect Xero read-only, start with a few clients and keep Xero running until the workflow holds.

What does it cost?

£12 a month plus VAT per live client, banded down automatically as the book grows, with no practice minimum.

How do founder introductions work?

They are opening to founding partner practices now. A founder asks for an accountant, and we introduce a partner who already works on AccountsOS. It is optional for the founder and for you.

When is a good time to move?

Whenever suits the firm. Many practices avoid moving clients during their busiest weeks, such as January self-assessment, and start with a small batch afterwards.
