Which channels are live today?

Does WhatsApp need a separate phone number?

You message a dedicated AccountsOS WhatsApp number — your own number stays private. Powered by Twilio.

What can the Slack bot do?

Anything the in-app chat can — read your books, snap receipts, create invoices, log expenses, run payroll, generate reports. Plus channel-wide deadline alerts on a schedule you choose.

Is Gmail auto-scan secure?

OAuth with read-only scope. We only fetch messages that look like receipts/invoices, never store unrelated email, and you can revoke at any time.

Can multiple team members use the same channel?

Yes — invite team members and add their phone numbers (WhatsApp/SMS) or email addresses (forwarding). Only allowlisted team members can submit, so randoms can't pollute your books.

Does it cost extra to message via WhatsApp/SMS?

No additional cost on any plan. Twilio fees are absorbed by us.
