Connect Whop
Sync membership and product sales, fees, and refunds automatically
What gets synced
All paid membership and product sales (split into income + fee), and refunds. Read-only access, AccountsOS never modifies your Whop data.
Open Whop developer settings
Log in to your Whop dashboard and go to Developer > API keys.
Create a dedicated key for AccountsOS rather than reusing one you use elsewhere, so you can revoke it independently.
Create a read-only key
Click Create and name it "AccountsOS". Give it these permissions:
- Payments (read)
- Members (read)
Leave all other permissions off. AccountsOS only reads your payment data, it never writes to your Whop account.
Paste the key in AccountsOS
Copy your new key (it starts with whop_).
In AccountsOS, go to Settings > Integrations and click Connect on Whop. Paste your key and click Connect.
Your key is encrypted before storage and never visible again. If you need to change it, disconnect and reconnect.
Sales sync automatically
Once connected, AccountsOS imports the last 30 days of paid Whop activity. Each paid sale creates two transactions:
Sale income
The full sale amount, categorised as Sales
Whop fee
Whop's platform fee as a separate expense for clean P&L
Refunds are synced as separate outgoing transactions. You can re-sync manually any time from Settings > Integrations.
