Finn remembers conversations, transactions, documents, contacts, deadlines, and decisions you've made. It also imports your Companies House data — company profile, directors, SIC codes, and filing history — so it has full context from day one.
Is my memory data secure?
Yes. All memory data is encrypted and company-scoped, meaning each company's memories are completely isolated. Memory data is never used to train AI models and follows the same strict security standards as all your AccountsOS data.
Can I see what Finn remembers?
Yes. Go to Settings > Memory in your dashboard to see what data categories are synced and manage your memory. You can also trigger a re-sync or seed Companies House data manually.
Does memory work across chat, voice, and messaging?
