The questions people ask first
Will Finn message me first on WhatsApp?
Yes. When something needs you, Finn sends a short WhatsApp note. Outside WhatsApp's 24 hour window it arrives as an approved notice asking you to reply.
Can I approve a VAT return from WhatsApp?
You can see the return and the working on WhatsApp. The filing itself happens in the app with your approval, so nothing goes to HMRC from a chat.
Does Finn reply with voice?
Send a voice note and Finn replies with one, in the same British voice as the app. Send text and you get text.
Is WhatsApp secure for this?
Messages travel over WhatsApp's end to end encryption and the official WhatsApp Business API. Your books stay in AccountsOS, in London, and are never used to train a model.
