Integration
Sell on Whop. Find every sale already in the books.
Connect Whop once and each membership payment, one-off sale and Whop fee arrives as a transaction, in the currency the buyer paid in, with the fee split onto its own line so the payout that reaches your bank reconciles first time.
Read-only access. AccountsOS never changes anything in Whop.
What comes across
Paid membership and product sales synced as income
Whop's fee recorded as a separate expense
Refunds posted as outgoing transactions
Each sale kept in the currency the buyer paid in
Read-only API key, encrypted at rest
Re-sync any time from Settings or by asking Finn
How it works
Connect Whop once, then stop thinking about it.
Sync Whop sales into AccountsOS
Create a read-only Whop API key
In your Whop dashboard go to Developer > API keys, create a key named AccountsOS with read access to payments and members, and copy it.
Paste it into AccountsOS
Go to Settings > Integrations, click Connect on Whop and paste the key. It is encrypted before it is stored and AccountsOS pulls the last 30 days of paid sales.
Finn keeps the books
Each paid sale becomes income, Whop's fee becomes a separate expense and refunds go out. Finn categorises them and matches the payout when it lands in your bank.
Why it's worth it
No manual entry of Whop sales into your books
Fees kept separate so margin on each product is visible
Payouts reconcile against the sales that make them up
Subscription cycles and one-off sales both covered
Year-end accounts with every Whop sale already posted
FAQ
The questions people ask first
What Whop data does AccountsOS read?
Paid payments, the fees Whop took on each one, and refunds. Access is read-only: AccountsOS never changes a membership, issues a refund or moves money.
How does the Whop fee show up?
As its own outgoing transaction against Whop, categorised as a payment processing fee. Your income line stays the full sale amount, so product margin and fee spend are both visible.
Which currencies are supported?
Whatever the buyer paid in. Each sale is stored in its original currency and amount. Converting for reporting is a separate step with the rate stored alongside.
How often does it sync?
On connect it imports the last 30 days. After that you can re-sync from Settings > Integrations or ask Finn to sync your Whop feed. Real-time webhooks are on the roadmap.
Does it handle VAT or sales tax on digital sales?
Not automatically. Whop may collect tax on some sales; the payment record carries it and Finn will flag it, but the treatment depends on where you and your buyers are, so confirm it rather than assume.
Is this live?
Yes. Connect it with a read-only key and paid sales, Whop fees and refunds sync into your books. If anything looks wrong, tell Finn in chat and it will be looked at.
