Frequently Asked Questions
How is progress calculated?
Each goal type pulls live from a specific data source: revenue target from posted invoices and bank deposits, expense reduction from category spend, debt reduction from liability balance. Updates continuously.
What does 'health' mean?
Auto-assessed from where you are vs where you need to be by the target date. On-track means you're pacing well; at-risk means you'll miss without action; behind means you're trailing the pace; ahead means you'll overshoot.
Can I have multiple goals at once?
Yes. No limit. We've seen users run 5–10 active goals across revenue, cost, cash and growth.
What about pausing or abandoning a goal?
Both are first-class statuses. Pause if you're temporarily off it; abandon if you've decided it's no longer right. Both stay recorded for honesty over time.
Multi-entity goals?
Goals are per-entity today. Cross-entity rolled-up goals are on the roadmap.
