It's lightweight — built for accounting purposes (invoicing, billing, payment chasing). For sales pipeline / deal management, integrate with a dedicated CRM. We provide contact data plus transaction history per contact.
How does fuzzy matching work?
We match counterparty strings to existing contacts using normalised distance scoring (handles 'AWS', 'AMAZON WEB SERVICES', 'A.W.S.' as the same vendor). Suggestions surfaced for review when confidence is moderate.
Can I create a contact during invoice entry?
Yes — type a new name in the client field and we create the contact inline.
Per-entity contact lists?
Yes — each trading entity has its own contact list. No accidental cross-entity invoicing.
Can I import contacts from elsewhere?
Yes — CSV import. Or invite contacts via existing transaction history (we'll suggest creating contacts for unmatched counterparties).
