What if we're not happy after onboarding?
We offer a full refund within the first 30 days if AccountsOS doesn't work for your practice. No questions asked.
Can we migrate historical data?
Yes. We can import transaction history from Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, and most other accounting software via CSV export.
How long does client onboarding take?
Most clients are set up and connected within 10 minutes. Bank connection via Open Banking takes about 2 minutes.
What if a client has issues?
Your clients can contact support directly, or you can handle it via your dashboard. Either way, we respond within 4 hours.
Can we add staff members?
Multi-user access is on our roadmap. Currently, each practice has one admin login, but team members can forward documents via authorized email addresses.
