Forward any email to Finn. It just gets handled.
Receipt? Filed. Deal email? Contact and opportunity created, logged. Task list? Each one scheduled. Question? Answered.
One address. Every email type. A reply telling you what Finn did.
What happens when you forward
Same address, six different outcomes. Finn reads the email and picks the right one.
A deal email
Forward your sent proposal.
Creates the contact. Opens the opportunity. Logs the proposal, terms, and pricing on the deal.
A receipt or invoice
Forward the PDF from your supplier.
Extracts the amount, VAT, date, and vendor. Files it. Matches it to a bank transaction if it can.
A contract
Forward the signed agreement.
Attaches it to the right deal or contact. Records the signed date and the parties.
A task list
Forward your to-dos for the week.
Creates a task for each line, with due dates if you mentioned them.
A question
Email finn@: what's my outstanding revenue?
Replies with the answer, pulled from your live data. No writes, no clutter.
Anything else
Not sure what to do with it? Forward it.
Reads it. Decides. Acts. Replies with what was done. If it can't help, it says so.
You forward your proposal. Finn sets up the deal.
No CRM data entry. No copy-pasting. Just forward the email you already sent.
You forward to finn@accounts-os.com
Subject: "Fwd: Q3 retainer proposal β Sam Chen (Northwind Audio)". Body: the proposal you sent.
Finn creates the contact
Sam Chen (sam@example.com). Marked as a lead.
Finn opens the opportunity
Northwind Audio β Platform Build, Β£9,500. Stage: Proposal Sent.
Finn logs the email as activity
Full proposal scope, payment terms (40/40/20), 6-week timeline, Β£500/month support retainer β all recorded against the deal.
You get a reply confirming what happened
With a link straight to the new opportunity. If Sam says yes, the Β£3,800 deposit invoice is one click away.
How it works
Forward, CC, or BCC
Send any email to finn@accounts-os.com from the email address registered to your account.
Finn reads the email
Subject, body, quoted headers, attachments β Finn understands what kind of email it is.
Finn takes the action
Creates contacts, opens deals, files receipts, makes tasks, answers questions. Whatever fits.
You get a confirmation
Finn replies in plain English: what it did, what it created, with links to review.
Why this changes the game
One address, every task
finn@accounts-os.com. That's it. No per-feature aliases, no setup. Forward, BCC, or CC anything.
Reads, classifies, acts
Finn doesn't just store the email β it decides what to do with it and uses its tools to do it.
Always a confirmation
Every forward gets a reply explaining exactly what Finn did, with links into your account.
Your account, your data
Finn only acts when the sender resolves to your account. Strangers can't push records into your books.
Common questions
What's special about forwarding an email to Finn?
Most accounting tools only extract data from receipts. Finn reads any email β a deal proposal you sent, a task list, a question, a signed contract β and takes the appropriate action. It creates contacts, opens opportunities, files receipts, schedules tasks, or answers questions, then replies confirming what it did.
What address do I forward to?
finn@accounts-os.com. The same address handles every type of email β receipts, deals, tasks, and questions. Finn decides what to do based on the content.
Can I CC Finn instead of forwarding?
Yes. CC finn@accounts-os.com when you email a prospect or client and Finn will log the activity on the right deal automatically. Your recipient will see the CC.
What if Finn gets it wrong?
Every action is logged with a confirmation reply. Open the linked record and edit, undo, or merge β it's just standard data in your account. Finn never makes irreversible changes.
Is the email content used to train AI?
No. AccountsOS never uses your data to train AI models. Email content is processed by Finn against your own data only, encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored in EU data centres.
