Can I CC Finn instead of forwarding?

Yes. CC finn@accounts-os.com when you email a prospect or client and Finn will log the activity on the right deal automatically. Your recipient will see the CC.

What if Finn gets it wrong?

Every action is logged with a confirmation reply. Open the linked record and edit, undo, or merge: it's just standard data in your account. Finn never makes irreversible changes.

Is the email content used to train AI?

No. AccountsOS never uses your data to train AI models. Email content is processed by Finn against your own data only, encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored in the EU (Helsinki, Finland).
