A single founder registers a Ltd with the Registrar, receives an HE company number and registers with the Tax Department for a TIC.
How Private Limited Company (Ltd) works in Cyprus
A public limited company needs minimum authorised and issued capital of €25,629 and at least 7 members. Other forms are general and limited partnerships, sole traders under a registered business name, and the Cyprus branch of an overseas company.
