How HE32 (Annual Return) works in Cyprus
The Registrar is the Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property (DRCIP). Company numbers carry the HE prefix.
The old €350 annual company levy was abolished from 2024 onwards. Do not pay it for 2024 or later. Arrears for 2011 to 2023 remain due.
Finn asks for the incorporation date to work out the first annual-return date and tracks the 28-day window after it.
