How AJPES (Business Register) works in Slovenia
AJPES holds the Slovenian Business Register (PRS) and issues the 10-digit matična številka. Annual financial statements are filed with AJPES on two tracks: a statistics submission (due for every company by 31 March) and public disclosure (31 March for small/non-audited companies, 31 August for audited ones).
