Letno Poročilo (Annual Accounts to AJPES)
Slovenia's annual financial statements, filed with AJPES on two tracks depending on audit status.
Finn tracks your Slovenia deadlines
AccountsOS handles tax, filing deadlines and invoicing for Slovenia businesses, in plain English. Ask Finn about yours, no signup needed.
Who this applies to
- Slovenian d.o.o.
- Slovenian d.d.
- Cooperatives with commercial activity
What to file
Balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and supporting notes; larger/audited companies file additional statements (cash flow, changes in equity, management report).
How to file
Filed electronically with AJPES.
Payment due
No filing fee for the standard submission; late filing carries administrative penalties.
Penalties for missing this deadline
AJPES can impose fines for late or missing annual accounts filings.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Confusing the two tracks — the statistics submission is due for every company by 31 March even if public disclosure gets the later 31 August date for audited companies
- Missing that small/non-audited companies get the EARLIER 31 March disclosure date, not the 31 August one
Never miss a Slovenia deadline
