Employer PAYE withholding returns are filed through Tax For All. Social insurance is handled with the Social Insurance Services.
Payment due
End of the month following payroll. Employer rates in 2026: social insurance 8.8%, GESY 2.90%, Redundancy 1.2%, Training 0.5%, Cohesion 2.0%.
Penalties for missing this deadline

Filing checklist
- Calculate gross pay and withholding per employee
- Apply the 2026 insurable earnings cap of €5,742 a month
- Add GESY and the employer funds
- Pay and file by the end of the next month
- File the annual employer return by 30 April, checking for extensions
