Chasing, without the ping-pong
Finn names what's missing. You never write another chase email.
Finn knows what's missing because it's working the books: a bank statement, a receipt that hasn't matched a transaction, a document waiting on a signature. It chases on a schedule you set, by email and WhatsApp, and nudges before it escalates to you.
One thread per client. Nudges capped, quiet hours respected, pause any time.
Chasing on autopilot on AccountsOS: Finn chases what's outstanding, on a schedule, until it's answered or it's on your desk.
AccountsOS · One thread, on a schedule

How it works
How it works
Finn finds what's outstanding
Missing statements, receipts that haven't matched a transaction, documents waiting on a signature, all gathered onto one client thread.
Sent on your schedule
Set the cadence, the channels and quiet hours once, per client or for the whole practice. Finn sends the first message and keeps to it.
Nudged, not spammed
A capped number of nudges, spaced by your cadence, never sent inside quiet hours. One thread, restated briefly, not a fresh chase.
Escalated to you when it goes quiet
Once the nudges run out with no reply, it lands on your desk to decide the next step, instead of chasing forever on its own.
- Chases receipts, statements, signatures and information requests, not just transactions
- One thread per client, on a cadence you set
- WhatsApp when the client has an active channel, email otherwise
- Nudges are capped and quiet hours are respected
- Escalates to you, never chases forever unattended
FAQ
The questions accountants ask first
Will it spam my clients?
No. One message per round, nudges capped by your policy, quiet hours respected, and you can pause chasing for any client at any time.
Does it send anything without me setting it up first?
It follows the schedule you or your practice default has set. You choose the cadence, the nudge limit, and the channels before anything goes out.
What happens if the client never replies?
After the nudge limit is reached it stops chasing on its own and hands the thread to you, with the full log of what was sent and when.
Does Finn decide what to chase, or do I?
Finn finds what's outstanding from the books it's already working: a missing statement, an unmatched receipt, a document Finn's own detectors surface anyway. You can add your own items to the same thread.
Can a client reply to just one item?
Yes. Finn reads the reply, maps it back to the items it addresses, and files what arrives. Anything not covered stays open on the thread.
