Start of day
The morning message that names the three things to do first. Three things to do first.
Everyone on the team gets their own briefing, scoped to their allocated clients: what Finn handled overnight, what's blocked, what's due, and the three items to open first. Delivered by email, WhatsApp, or straight into the practice's Finn thread, whichever they'd rather have.
Scoped to each person's own book, not the whole practice.

How it works
How it works
Finn works overnight
Reconciliation, drafts, register checks, all run before anyone's at a desk. The briefing reports what actually happened, never invented activity.
One message, three things
Overdue first, then blocked, then due soon. The rest is there if wanted, but the top three are named plainly.
Scoped to the person
A staff member sees only their allocated clients. An owner or admin sees the whole book. Nobody reads a briefing full of clients that aren't theirs.
Wherever they'd rather have it
Email, WhatsApp, or posted straight into the practice's own Finn thread. Set once per person, changed any time.
- What Finn handled overnight, named, never a vague 'all sorted'
- What's blocked and needs a decision, ranked ahead of what's merely due
- What's due soon across jobs, deadlines and open tasks
- The batch prep digest folds in when a run finished since the last briefing
- Delivery channel and time are per person: email, WhatsApp, or the practice dock
FAQ
The questions accountants ask first
Does the briefing use an AI model to write it?
No. Every figure and line comes straight from the same attention cache and jobs board the desk reads. Nothing is generated or guessed.
Will a staff member see other people's clients?
No. A staff member's briefing is scoped to only the clients allocated to them, the same rule the desk queue already applies.
Can I choose when it arrives?
Yes, per person: pick a time and it lands in your local timezone based on the practice's home country, once a day.
What if nothing needs me that day?
The briefing says so plainly and, where Finn found good news overnight, says what that was rather than staying silent.
Can I turn it off?
Yes, set your channel to off in your briefing settings and nothing gets sent until you turn it back on.
