Track deals where you track money. Same AI. Same data. Same place.
A full sales pipeline inside AccountsOS. Customisable stages, AI deal summaries, weighted forecast, win/loss insights. Set up a deal by forwarding an email.
No separate CRM. No double data entry. No second subscription.
Why a pipeline inside your accounts?
Founders shouldn't run their sales out of a spreadsheet, and they shouldn't pay Β£40 a month for a CRM that doesn't talk to their books.
Your books already know who pays you
Your invoices, your contacts, your projects. Why force them into a separate CRM and pay for it twice?
Same Finn, sales side
The AI that files your receipts now logs your deals, drafts your follow-ups, and tells you which deals went quiet.
Forwarding is the input
Forward a proposal. Get back a fully set-up contact, opportunity, and activity log. No data entry.
Won closes the loop
When a deal hits Won, the contact becomes a client and the deposit invoice is one click away. The pipeline literally turns into revenue.
Everything you need to run a sales process
Eight built-in capabilities. No add-ons, no integrations to wire.
Kanban + grouped list
Two views, one click between them. Default is a stage-grouped list because that's what most operators want. Switch to Kanban when you want to drag.
Opportunity timeline
Every deal has one timeline merging notes, tasks, estimates, contracts, and emails. Add a note, log a call, send a proposal β it all lives together, chronologically.
Customisable stages
Lead β Pitched β Proposal Sent β Negotiating β Won β Lost out of the box. Rename, recolour, reorder via drag-and-drop. Mark any stage as the terminal Won or Lost.
Finn AI deal summary
Each opportunity gets a 2-4 sentence summary at the top, generated from the activity timeline. Refreshed automatically as new activity lands. Click refresh for a fresh take.
Weighted forecast
Six-month projection bucketed by expected close month. Bars show raw value, weighted overlay shows confidence-adjusted value. Plus a stage funnel breaking down where the pipeline value sits.
Win/loss insights
Close rate, won value, average days to close. Per-source breakdown so you know which channels actually convert. Stage drop-off funnel showing where deals stall.
Stale-deal nudges
Daily digest if a deal has gone quiet for 14 days or its next action is overdue. Sent from Finn with deep links straight to the deal.
Email-to-pipeline (inbox agent)
Forward your proposal email to finn@accounts-os.com. Contact created. Opportunity opened. Activity logged. Reply sent. Set up in one email.
Ask Finn anything. It does the work.
Five pipeline tools wired into Finn. Available everywhere Finn is β chat, Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, voice, and email.
list_opportunities"What deals do I have open?" Finn lists your pipeline with weighted value, in chat or any messaging channel.
create_opportunity"I just had a call with Acme β they want a Q3 retainer for Β£15k." Finn creates the deal, with the contact, value, and source attached.
add_opportunity_note"Log a meeting on Acme β they confirmed budget and want the proposal by Friday." Finn writes the note onto the deal timeline.
update_opportunity_stage"Move Acme to Proposal Sent." Finn flips the stage. If you say "we won Acme", it goes to Won, the contact becomes a client, and the deposit invoice is teed up.
draft_outreach_email"Draft a follow-up to Acme β three weeks since the proposal." Finn returns a tailored draft, pulled from the deal context. You edit and send.
Lead β Won β Client β Invoice
A deal opens. Stages move. The contact is upgraded. Money lands. All inside one platform with one source of truth.
Lead
Contact created from a forwarded email or a quick chat command. Opportunity opens in your default stage.
Pitched
Activity timeline fills up. Notes, calls, meetings, proposals, signed contracts β everything attaches to the deal.
Won
Stage flips to Won. Contact lifecycle becomes Client. The deal moves into Projects for delivery.
Invoice
Raise the deposit invoice, generate recurring billing, attach a contract β one click each, all linked to the deal that won them.
Common questions
Is the sales pipeline really a full CRM, or just a kanban view?
Full CRM. Contacts with lifecycle stages, opportunities with customisable funnel stages, activity timeline merging notes/tasks/estimates/contracts/emails, weighted forecast, win/loss insights, and AI deal summaries. Plus integration with the rest of AccountsOS β won deals auto-promote contacts to clients and invoices link back to the deal that won them.
How is this different from Pipedrive or HubSpot?
Two things. First, it lives where your money lives β the same contacts power your invoices, the same projects become deliveries, the same AI handles your accounting and your sales. Second, the AI is the interface. Finn creates contacts and deals from forwarded emails, drafts follow-ups, logs activity from chat messages, and nudges you about stale deals. There's no separate tool to learn.
Can I customise the stages?
Yes. Go to Settings > Pipeline Stages. Rename, recolour, drag-to-reorder, mark any stage as the terminal Won or Lost. Each company has its own funnel. The defaults are Lead β Pitched β Proposal Sent β Negotiating β Won β Lost.
Does Finn really create deals from emails?
Yes. Forward any deal email to finn@accounts-os.com β your sent proposal, a received reply, a meeting follow-up. Finn parses the original recipient from quoted headers, creates the contact if it doesn't exist, opens the opportunity (with a name, value if mentioned, source if obvious), and logs the email content on the deal. Then it replies confirming what it did.
How does the forecast work?
Six-month projection by expected close month. Each open deal is bucketed using a heuristic: next_action date if set, else pitched_date plus 30 days, else created date plus 45 days. Each deal contributes its value weighted by confidence: 90% for High, 50% for Medium, 20% for Low, 30% if unset. The view shows raw + weighted side by side.
