Your calls update your pipeline. You just confirm.

You had the call.
Why are you retyping it into a CRM?

Connect Granola and AccountsOS. After every call, Finn reads your meeting notes and proposes the deal updates — stage, value, next action, follow-up tasks — each with a rationale. You confirm what you want. Your pipeline stays current without a field to fill in.

AccountsOS pulls your Granola meeting notes onto the deal automatically. Finn reads them and proposes updates to your pipeline — nothing is applied until you confirm.

Read-only access to your notes · connect once, works across all your companies · included on every plan

From call to updated pipeline in four steps. All of them automatic.

This is the admin that eats up 20 minutes after every sales call. Here it runs itself.

1

You have the call

Granola sits in the background and takes notes as you talk. You stay focused on the conversation.

2

Granola writes the notes

After the call, Granola produces a clean summary with action items, key points, and context.

3

AccountsOS pulls them onto the deal

Open any deal in your pipeline and click Sync from Granola. Finn finds the matching meeting automatically.

4

Finn proposes the updates — you confirm

Deal value, stage, confidence, next action with a date, follow-up tasks. Each with a one-line rationale. Nothing is applied until you say so.

Finn, your AI accountant

Finn reads the call. You get a list of proposals.

After Finn ingests the notes, it surfaces specific, actionable proposals — not a summary to skim, but a list of changes you can accept or skip one by one.

  • Deal value — updated based on what was discussed
  • Pipeline stage — move to proposal, negotiation, or close
  • Confidence — low, medium, or high, with a reason why
  • Next action — a specific task with a due date
  • Follow-up tasks — priorities and deadlines from the call

I just pasted in my call notes from the Zoom transcript. Can you update the deal?
Done. I've read through and here are my proposals for Northstar Ltd: stage to Proposal Sent, value up to £18,500, confidence high. Next action: send the proposal — I've set a reminder for Thursday. Want me to draft the follow-up email too?
No Granola account needed

The integration is convenient. Pasting notes works too.

Open a deal, paste in any raw notes — a Zoom transcript, a voice memo you typed up, even a few scribbled lines — and Finn does the same ingest. No Granola account required.

The Granola integration just removes the paste step entirely. The intelligence is the same either way.

Your pipeline lives where your books do

The Granola integration is one piece of a pipeline that sits inside the same platform as your accounts.

Deals sit next to invoices

When a deal closes, the contact becomes a client and the deposit invoice is one click away. No copy-paste between a CRM and an accounting tool.

Finn sees the whole picture

The same AI that reads your call notes also knows your open invoices, your cash position, and your upcoming deadlines. It gives you context, not just data.

From first call to cash

Kanban and list views, weighted monthly forecast, win/loss insights, stale-deal nudges, and email-to-pipeline. The pipeline is a full tool, not a spreadsheet replacement.

Read-only, always

AccountsOS reads your Granola meeting notes. We never write back to Granola, modify your notes, or create anything in your Granola account. The connection is one direction only.

You stay focused on the call

Granola takes notes in the background. You have the conversation. AccountsOS picks up the notes after. There is nothing to trigger, nothing to remember.

Nothing applies without you

Every proposed change — value, stage, confidence, next action, tasks — waits for your confirmation. Finn surfaces the proposals; the decisions stay with you.

Frequently asked questions

How does the integration connect?

In Settings > Integrations, click Connect next to Granola. One click, OAuth — no API keys to copy, no webhooks to configure. The connection is per-user, so you set it up once and it works across all the companies you manage in AccountsOS.

What does Finn actually read from Granola?

Finn reads your meeting notes — the summary Granola produces after each call. It looks at the deal's contact and company name to find the relevant meeting automatically. AccountsOS is read-only: we never write back to Granola, modify your notes, or create anything in your Granola account.

What does Finn propose versus what does it apply automatically?

Nothing is applied automatically. Finn reads the notes and surfaces a set of proposed changes — updated deal value, confidence level (low, medium, or high), pipeline stage, next action with a date, and follow-up tasks with priorities and due dates. Each proposal shows a one-line rationale based on what was said in the call. You review the list and confirm the ones you want. Finn proposes; you decide.

Do I need a paid Granola plan?

You need your own Granola account — any plan that gives you access to your meeting notes via Granola's connection. AccountsOS does not charge extra for the integration; it is included on every plan.

What if the notes do not match a contact I have in my pipeline?

Finn matches by the deal's contact name and company. If the match is not confident, it shows you a list of recent Granola meetings to pick from manually. You can also paste raw call notes directly into the deal — Finn does the same ingest without needing the integration at all.

Can I use this without the Granola integration?

Yes. Paste any call transcript, Zoom summary, or handwritten notes into the notes field on a deal and click Ingest with Finn. You get the same proposed updates — stage, value, confidence, next action, tasks — no Granola account needed.

Does this work across all my companies in AccountsOS?

Yes. The Granola connection is per-user, not per-company. Connect once and Finn can pull meeting notes for deals across every company you manage.

How does this fit with the rest of the AccountsOS pipeline?

The pipeline sits inside the same platform as your books. When a deal closes, the contact becomes a client and the deposit invoice is one click away. Finn sees the whole picture — from first call to cash in the bank — without any data leaving the platform.
