How It Works

1

Add an entity

Settings → Trading Entities → Add. Pick country, type, currency, year-end.

2

Set up its books

Connect bank accounts, import history, configure VAT, add employees — independently of your other entities.

3

Switch contexts in one click

The entity dropdown in the header — your dashboard, reports, bank feeds and chat context all switch with it.

4

Cross-entity reporting (roadmap)

Currently each entity reports independently. Cross-entity consolidated reporting is on the roadmap.

Group of UK companies

Holding company + trading subsidiary as two entities. Inter-company recharges as transactions between them.

Multi-country group

UK Ltd + US LLC + UAE LLC. Different currencies, different tax regimes, one login.

Why founders pick this over the spreadsheet

One subscription covers every entity

Switch context in one click — no separate logins to manage

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a limit on entities?

No hard limit. Most users have 1–3 entities. We've seen users run 6+ without issue.

Are entities truly isolated?

Yes — at the database level via row-level security (RLS). One entity cannot read another entity's data, even by accident.

Can different team members access different entities?

Yes — invite team members per entity. Someone can be admin on Entity A and have no access to Entity B.

Can I have a UK Ltd and a US LLC?

Yes. Each entity has its own country, tax regime and base currency. Tax rules apply correctly per entity.

Can I consolidate across entities?

Currently each entity reports independently. Cross-entity consolidated reporting is on the roadmap. For now, export reports and consolidate in Excel if needed.

Can the AI chat see all my entities?

Chat is scoped to the active entity. Switch entities and the chat context switches too. This prevents accidental cross-entity actions.
