Jobs overdue

Past their due date and not done. Open the job to see which stage it is stuck on.

Customer payments not matched to an invoice

Payments from customers are filed against Trade Debtors with no invoice behind them, so the client's sales may be understated. Check what each one was and file it.

Annual accounts ready to review

Finn prepared them. Review and file with Companies House.

Review pack waiting on sign-off

Finn has run the checks and listed the exceptions. A person still has to sign the pack off.

VAT quarters not known

This client is VAT registered but Finn does not know which months their VAT quarters end, so no VAT return date is on their deadlines. It is on their VAT certificate or in their HMRC online account. Connecting HMRC fills it in too.

Month ready to close

Nothing outstanding. One look, then lock the period.

Entries that need a second look

Finn held these back before they reach a VAT return: a suspect or duplicate receipt, VAT that does not fit the total, or an amount out of line. Confirm each one or mark the flag as wrong.

Chase gone quiet

Sent, no reply since. Worth a look before the next nudge.

Corporation Tax year-end approaching

No CT payment deadline tracked yet. Finn can work out the estimate from the books now, before the deadline is close.

Transactions Finn could not place

Finn categorised the rest. These need a human because the description, amount or history did not settle it.

Waiting on the client

Finn asked the client in one email. Nothing for you until they reply.
