## How SME corporate tax rates (Thailand) works in Thailand

Both conditions must hold. Paid-up capital is tested on the last day of the accounting period, and income from sales and services over the whole period. If either test fails, all profit is taxed at 20%.

Finn checks both conditions from your books and registered capital before it uses the SME rates. It never applies them silently.
