# What is Plateforme agréée (PA)?

A plateforme agréée (PA) is a platform approved by the DGFiP to send and receive electronic invoices. Every VAT-registered business in France must be able to receive e-invoices through one since 1 September 2026.

## Current rate (Receiving from 1 September 2026. Issuing from 1 September 2027 for small and micro companies.)

## Example

A small company chooses a PA, gives its address to suppliers and receives their e-invoices there.

## How Plateforme agréée (PA) works in France

AccountsOS is not a plateforme agréée and does not send or receive through the PA network. Finn asks which PA you use and reads the invoices you upload or forward, including Factur-X PDFs.
