## How GAFI works in Egypt

Company forms include the LLC (2 to 50 partners), the joint stock company (at least three founders), the one-person company and the branch of a foreign company, under Companies Law 159 of 1981. GAFI has reformed minimum capital rules, so confirm current figures with GAFI.
